Melbourne - Australia 2008
The 2008 Formula One Season kicked off this weekend in Australia with an incredible start to the season for McLaren Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton.
Lewis has a brilliant race from, successfully getting through three tough periods of the safety car to finish on the top of the podium.
The weekends result also went in the favour of the McLaren Team, with Ferrari leaving Melbourne with only one point. The podium finishers in Australia were:

- Nick Heidfeld
- Nico Rosberg
